Frittata from leftovers

Fried up the leftover onion and mush, stirred in the leftover broccoli.

Cracked three eggs, stirred in some pepper and salt and poured over.

Turn it, cook off the top and we're done!

Cooking tragic in winter

I know. These posts only really come out in winter time. But to take a couple of chicken frames and turn them into beautiful stock. Heaven.

Frames, onion, carrot, celery, bay, parsley, pepper and a fair bit of technique.

So the chicken meat is in the fridge. We might even make some pies from it.

But the stock will be great to turn those pumpkins into soup and I just found out its a great tool to turn some mince and vegetables into pasty filling.

So here's to cold weather comfort food. And the foundation is a good stock.
