This has to be the worst pest on my list. They get on the back of stone fruit and - in this case - tamarillo and suck away. The suck moisture out of the leaves, which shrivel, they suck energy out if the plant. And they're damn hard to get rid of. Sprays, dusts, they never seemed to work. And they I heard about Confidor as a drench. Forget spraying it - didn't work for me. But when I mixed it normal strength and then watered it into the rootzone - kapow!So I'm cautiously optimistic that I might have found a way to battle my most challenging insect pest.
