Cut down the middle.
Flatten out on a grill tray.
Grill hard till skins blister black (you'll know it when you see it)
Put them all in a plastic bag and let them go a bit soggy
Pour some olive oil over them
Salt, garlic, refrigerate.
Will go mouldy if left too long.
Spoon it onto fresh bread or a secret ingredient in an allapanna.
