On special yesterday, I now have two eggplants and the one I fried today. I've never made Moussaka before but I had it served to me recently.So tomorrow night I'll fry them, make what is essentially a bolognese sauce put that on the top, top that with a white sauce and bake the lot.
It was nice when I had it.
